Update on Group Modalities and Pricin

We have introduced a new group pricing structure based on the total number of registered participants, regardless of whether they belong to a single reservation. When making a reservation, the lowest available rate will be automatically applied. However, if the final number of participants does not meet the minimum required for a specific rate, the price will be adjusted according to the applicable category—always with the customer’s approval.
The group categories are as follows:
- Friendly Groups: minimum 30 participants: 35€*-42€
- Silver Groups: 20-29 participants: 41€*-49€
- Gold Groups: 11-19 participants: 48€*-56€
- Platinum Groups: 4-10 participants: 160€
This system ensures greater flexibility and transparency in the booking process, allowing every customer to benefit from the best available rate based on the total number of participants, even if they come from different reservations.

Important Information Regarding Your Reservation
The excursion you have booked requires a minimum number of participants in order to operate.
No later than five days prior to the scheduled date, it will be determined whether this minimum has been reached. From that moment onward, you are welcome to contact us to verify whether the excursion will proceed.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you may:
change your reservation to another available excursion, or
request a full refund of the amount already paid
Recommendations:
- We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
- Clothing should be comfortable and appropriate for the season. In case of rain, a mackintosh is recommended.
